SOURCE: 1995 buick regal firing order
Your firing order is dependant on the engine you have. If the 8th letter in your Vin is an "M" then the engine is a 3.1 liter V-6, and the firing order is this: If your 8th Letter is an "L" then you hAVE A 3.8 liter V-6 and then the firing order is this one below:
1995 Buick Regal
3.8 liter V-6 VIN "L"
if you are not sure what you have, then look at your registration to view your VIN and to figure out what engine is in your vehicle.
