@Xfinity - anyone there? Do I have to keep spamming until legit SOMEONE will answer? This is madness. I will be filing a BBB complaint. 2.5 weeks to fix a known issue in a NON storm IMPACTED AREA. Two different techs out in tickets, they know the issue. Why can’t y’all fix it?

@behepchat @DeadlineWH Yes. @Comcast has aired Steven Miller’s ad for weeks. The caravan carnival barker and border kid snatcher ads need trigger warnings. He used videos of kids fighting in high school. His sources are garbage. “former border patrol” & other vague listing “abc news” nothing specific

@Xfinity it worked the other day and i changed it for an hour for a reward for good behavior for my kiddo. changed it back and everything can still access it. and i cant create a second network on a rented router for whatever stupid reason i keep having to change my password daily.

today, 21st day of outage, century link told local news that they wouldn't have our part of the city back online until FEBRUARY. comcast said new year's eve for the whole region including the barrier islands and I have to think we'll get it back before them.

Xfinity has the worst service EVER! I'm tired of monopolies! I should be able to choose a provider and not be beaten by what's in my area. I hate them!
