On-the-job experience

Over the summer you’ll learn how our teams research, analyze and develop investment strategies and models for institutions, financial intermediaries and individual investors around the globe, working alongside some of the top minds in the field.

Training

The program begins with a three- to five-day orientation to introduce you to the firm and our business. As the summer progresses, you’ll attend senior speaker events and skills-building workshops and enjoy networking opportunities.

Career Progression

Our Summer Analyst program can serve as a launch pad for your career. Interns who successfully complete the program may receive an offer for full-time employment.

Client Analyst:You'll have the opportunity to be aligned with a team in Funds Management, Institutional Sales or Marketing.

Our Funds Management team delivers insights and investment solutions to intermediaries, including financial advisors, broker-dealer firms, and insurance companies.

Our Institutional Sales business helps pension funds, defined contribution plans, endowments and foundations, insurance companies and sovereign wealth funds with insights and investment solutions.

During your time in Marketing, you'll learn effective branding, advertising, communications and research strategies to enhance the client experience.

Product Analyst:You'll have the opportunity to be aligned a team in Alternatives, Beta/ETF Strategies, Equities, Fixed Income, Liquidity or Multi-Asset Solutions.

Our Alternatives team manages hedge fund portfolios, builds and maintains private equity portfolios, and develops innovative real estate investment solutions.

As part of our Beta/ETF Strategies team, you'll build specialized index and enhanced index products, and work on portfolio implementation capabilities across asset classes.

The Equities team manages a broad range of equity investment strategies globally with dedicated portfolio managers, research analysts and traders.

The Fixed Income group provides debt solutions, including investment grade, high yield and emerging market debt.

Our Liquidity team provides short-term fixed income solutions across a range of currencies to corporate and financial institutional investors via funds and separately managed accounts.

As part of our Multi-Asset Solutions, you'll develop investment solutions for clients using capital markets, asset allocation, portfolio construction and risk management.
